Mauro Icardi would not have paid an invoice of 17,000 euros (including VAT) for renovation work in his home. This is reported today by Il Fatto Quotidiano.
For this reason, a company from Como presented an order for payment after the work carried out in his home and his wife Wanda Nara, the penthouse overlooking San Siro, in Via Pinerolo in Milan.
The story dates back to July. Following several reminders for payment of the invoice, the company turned to the lawyers who had written to the Court of Como in the past few months presenting an order for payment.
The works on the invoice include electrical works, heating system, false ceiling, labor, in addition to the supply of materials. A substantial job carried out during 2018. Hence the problem because the bill was never paid by Icardi.
At the moment, Il Fatto Quotidiano always reports, no opposition has been followed by Icardi and Wanda Nara, in terms of law quantified in 40 days from notification. At that point the decree became definitive.
"It is a normal practice of credit recovery that, as such, is following the procedure foreseen by the procedure, to protect the creditor company" , the words of the lawyers Paolo Rivolta and Federico Scisca of the Court of Monza, indicated in the documents as legal creditor company.
