Former midfielder Zanchetta is Inter-18 coach of Inter. Speaking with Inter TV he explained what the new championship, established this season, and the synergy with Madonna's Spring consisted of.
THE SEASON – Andrea Zanchetta manages Inter's Under-18 and explains the value of the new championship: «It was important to make a category different from last year's Berretti , the balance is quite good. Clearly it's been a while since we played and we find it hard to maintain continuity. But we have a lot of time to work, we can put in so many concepts and many things. When we have a little more games we will see what we can do, there is so much to improve. It is a team that certainly has ample room for improvement, from many points of view. From a technical point of view we certainly need to express greater quality of play, even if in flash we have done well in the games we played. Above all we must acquire a different mentality, because the championship is more demanding and must lead us to reach the level of the Primavera, which is decidedly higher » .
GETTING AHEAD – Zanchetta speaks about how to use Inter Under-18 to project himself to the next level: «In this category, however, the boys must try to raise the level to match what is required in the Spring . This is certainly pleasing to everyone, to the boys who have the chance to compete in a more difficult championship and to us who are doing a certain type of work. When the boys go to Spring and manage to stay well inside it is a source of pride for us of the staff, we hope to see others. Clearly it is not so easy, because Spring has a wide and valuable range. The boys have to do well before our championship, then if there is the opportunity they must exploit it as many have already done » .
