Interviewed on the "Matchday Program", Valentino Lazaro, Inter's midfield player, spoke of Antonio Conte
CAREER AND INTER – These are the words of Valentino Lazaro , an Inter midfielder, who spoke about his career and his arrival at the Nerazzurri club: « At the end of my career I will say: I gave my best to become the player I wanted to be. I had a fast career, at 16 my first professional game, at 18 my first goal and at 19/20 my first important season, the one that gave me the chance to find continuity and grow as a player. I'm not old, but I already have eight professional football seasons behind me and I've learned a lot from my teammates over the years. When you arrive at a big club you have to be patient and I'm happy with the chance Conte gave me. For me it was important to be a flexible player, I had several coaches with different styles of play, which led me to always improve myself ».
GOALS AND COMPANIONS – Lazaro talked about when the first Nerazzurri goal will happen: « My job is to assist, but obviously when I score I will be happy. I can't wait to celebrate it in the field with my companions ». On their teammates: «It's true, we are a nice group on and off the field. I talk a lot with Lukaku and Handanovic who is always available for the youngest. The funniest? Barella is very nice, Candreva has a great sense of humor ».
